• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
SHIPPING
• Shipping charges are based on total amount of your order.
• Most items are shipped within two business days.
• Our standard shipping method to domestic destinations within the US is
USPS Priority Mail, which usually arrives in 3 to 5 business days, except during
the busy holiday
season. We also offer expedited shipping service via USPS, Fed Ex and UPS.
Returns and Exchanges
Please examine all products upon receipt. If your order arrived damaged,
is defective or we sent the wrong thing (it doesn't happen often but we are
only
human!) contact
us within 7 days and we'll try to resolve the problem to your satisfaction,
by either refunding your money, or exchanging the item(s).
There are no returns or exchanges after 30 days. We do not refund outgoing
shipping. You will need to pay for return shipping also.
Returns should be sent to: Star Barks Return Department, 711 W. Indiantown
Road, #B8, Jupiter, FL 33458. Include your order number, name and address
(a copy of
the invoice works nicely) so we can reference your order. We'll email you
when the return has been received and processed. We recommend that you insure
your
return so if it is damaged during the trip back, you aren't liable.

Treats: Treats are not returnable. We carry only treats
that are tested and approved by Peppy and Prince. You might want to order
one package
at first to see if your
dog likes it. If your dog doesn't like it (highly unlikely!), pass it on
to a favorite canine friend.

Exchanges: Ordered the wrong size or color? Simply place
an order online for the correct item(s) and return the items that you
don't want
in their original
condition within 30 days of delivery. We'll credit your card for the
returned items.
•
Don't Like It or It Isn't What You Expected: If you're not
satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery
in good condition (that means
void of dog hair, with it's original packaging, bags, etc.). We'll
refund your original purchase price. Of course we'd like to know why you're
making the
return so a note would be nice. We cannot accept returns more than
30
days after delivery.

If we receive items that aren't in re-sellable condition or after the 30
day
return
period,
we will donate them to a rescue organization for you. If items are
damaged on their return trip to us, we cannot make a refund. We recommend
you
insure your
package.
Bottom line is If you have an item you've opened, looked at and decided
it won't work for your needs, feel free to return it and we'll credit
you back
for the
item (except for the specific items mentioned above). If on the other
hand you use it and the item shows wear or damage upon return, we will
not be
able to
give credit for it. You will not receive credit for these returns.
